Really? He said “popular R&B” tune, which implies that the patient follows trends. It has nothing to do with their race. YOU’RE the one who automatically assumed it was about race. Who’s the racist now?

It’s pretty fucking obvious that story was written in such a way as to get the reader to imagine the patient as a black person without saying they’re a black person.

I googled him, and a snopes article comes up saying this is legit. There’s a link to his vitals.com profile and just about all of his patient reviews are about this article, either cheering him or (rightfully) calling him out as a condescending racist piece of shit.

Fuck I hate people.

Again with the “why am I paying to subsidize things I don’t agree with” bullshit train that seems to be real popular right now. The amazing thing is that this doctor completely forgets that part of the health care reform is an individual mandate to purchase health insurance.
